Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using AutoPaste Keyboard Fast (“AutoPaste”, “the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AutoPaste on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. The service

AutoPaste lets you save frequently used messages and paste them into other apps using a custom keyboard. Free users may paste a limited number of times per day; a paid subscription removes this limit and unlocks premium features.

3. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

• Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions (such as Weekly and Yearly) are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Charges: Your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal.
• Manage or cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Prices: Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and change over time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• Send spam, harassment, or content that infringes others’ rights;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you create, save, and send.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content (excluding your own snippets) are owned by Hasan Basri Öztürk and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or app.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hasan Basri Öztürk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

8. Third-party services

The app uses third-party services (including Apple and RevenueCat) that have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
